We recently moved into a new home just before Christmas, and with it heating up quicker than expected for Texas in February, we found (yet another) lovely surprise left behind by the previous homeowners. Our upstairs AC/heat pump unit had shorted out and we were left with it getting up to 80/85 degrees upstairs. We had a local company come out to take a look and were quoted a pretty expected price, really not surprising. Our realtor, however, recommended that we have the folks from QRF Mechanical come take a look. We were FLOORED to get a quote for less than half the price of what the first company offered. Usually such a drastic difference in price would make us very leery, but Luis was very upfront and straightforward, quick to answer questions with no hesitation, and very personable. Not to mention that they automatically included follow up maintenance plans for the next 2 years as a means of guaranteeing their work. They were able to come out the next day with all of the needed equipment and were very proactive about showing us what we're working with, the necessary maintenance, and anticipating whatever questions we had. Without any prompting, we were told that we would see them again in 2 weeks where they would check up on the system health and even do quick maintenance on our other (super old) unit. They were professional, respectful, and so so amazing. Seriously, these are the guys to go to if you are looking to get quick, professional service with an insanely reasonable price! I want to Thank QRF and team for doing such a wonderful job on Installing new a/c and fixing the air flow in our house. Little over 2 yrs ago A#1 Air Installed all new airducks and a/c system on our home. One end of our home Wouldn't cool down and we've had So Many problems with there install.
